Our owner, Natalie McKenzie, is a Birkman Certified Consultant with over 20 years of experience applying the Birkman Method in various professional settings.
She has had the unique privilege of working alongside her mother, Patti Corbett Hansen, one of the top Birkman consultants in the field, who has successfully led her own consulting firm for more than two decades.
Natalie combines her Birkman expertise with a strong background in project management, operations management, financial oversight, and small business management to provide practical, real-world solutions for clients.
Carlos Matallana brings a diverse background and valuable expertise to Bayside Consulting Support Services, making him an integral part of our team.
His exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, and commitment to elevating service standards contribute to creating positive work environments and delivering high-quality client support.
With a background in audio engineering, Carlos enhances our marketing and AV efforts, bringing both technical knowledge and creativity to our projects.
